How are our products produced?
Our production process is meticulously structured across 20 comprehensive, sequential stages, ensuring exceptional quality at every juncture.
Research and Development (R&D) and Original Design kick off the process, with innovative concepts conceived. Design Finalization follows, solidifying the creative vision. Color Separation and Screen Making are then carried out to prepare for precise pattern reproduction. Color Matching ensures accurate hue representation for Sample Making, allowing initial validation of the design.
Fabric Inspection rigorously assesses raw material quality. Sample Selection refines the prototype. Bulk Color Matching ensures consistency for large - scale production, which then moves to Table Printing for pattern application. Post - printing, Steaming & Washing and Drying & Stenter processes enhance color fastness and fabric texture.
Semi - inspection conducts intermediate quality checks. Cutting shapes the fabric. Hemming delivers neat edge finishing. Final Inspection is a thorough evaluation of the finished product. Ironing ensures a smooth appearance afterward. Finally, Packing readies the products for dispatch, with Delivery to clients as the culmination. Each stage is executed with precision and adherence to strict quality control standards.
