How Are Our Products Process?
Our production process encompasses 20 systematic steps, from R&D and design to finished product delivery, with strict quality and detail control at every step. The process begins with original design and scheme confirmation, followed by color separation, plate making, and color matching to fully prepare for subsequent production. Sample production is used to initially verify the design effect.
In the formal production stage, we first conduct quality inspections on the fabric, then ensure color consistency in the bulk order through sample screening and batch color matching. Next, the printing process begins, accompanied by post-processing steps such as steaming, washing, drying, and stretching to further enhance pattern expression, color fastness, and fabric texture, ensuring a stable and reliable overall product effect.
After printing, the product undergoes multiple processes including semi-finished product inspection, cutting, hemming, ironing, and final quality inspection to ensure a neat appearance, accurate dimensions, and quality standards. Finally, packaging completes the shipment delivery. The entire process is executed according to unified standards to ensure that every product possesses consistent and excellent quality.
