Single-Side Digital Printing
Our on-demand digital printing service allows for creating scarves featuring intricate designs, images, and custom artwork. This highly efficient printing method ensures fast production timelines, with mass production of digitally printed scarves completed within 10 to 15 days, and samples available in 3 to 5 business days. The minimum order quantity for each custom design starts at just 10 pieces. It is important to note that digital printing achieves a surface penetration of approximately 60% to 70%, which may limit the depth and saturation of the print on the fabric.
Double-Sided Digital Printing
Our advanced double-sided digital printing technique enables us to print on both sides of the scarf, offering the flexibility to feature the same or different patterns and colors on each side. This method enhances the visual impact and versatility of the design.
The minimum order quantity for double-sided printed scarves is 30 pieces per design. Please note that due to the complexity of this process, production time is longer than that of single-side printing.
Screen Printing
Screen printing has significant advantages in the scarf pattern printing field. It can achieve high opacity and vividness of fabric colors, ensuring that the scarf pattern is eye-catching. The minimum order quantity for heat sublimation printed scarves is 50 pieces per design.

Everything You Need to Know
Which file format is required for me to provide my scarf designs?
The file size should be the same as that of the scarf.
Regarding bleeding, it should be 1 cm on each side for the machine hem and 1.5 cm for the hand-rolled hem.
For the file type, TIFF is preferred, we can also accept PDF, JPG, AI, and PSD.
The resolution should be between 150 and 300 dpi.
How long will it take me to receive my order?
Normally, the sample production lead time is about 7 to 10 days; If it goes into mass production, it will take 15 to 20 days.
After the order is completed, we will ship it by DHL, FedEx, or other express, and the shipping time is usually 3 to 7 business days.
Is it possible for me to append my own logo directly to your pre-existing design? And what about the charging method?
Yes. The particular expense is based on the order quantity, the type of fabric, and the printing approach. There will be no supplementary charge.
